Well, it was. Until I came back home.

For the past week, I was in beautiful Florida on vacation. Yes, I missed a whole week of school. The temperature was perfect, there was no rain. It was from 70 to 80 degrees each day. The perfect vacation weather. We went to Cocoa Beach and I, for the first time, saw the ocean. It was breath taking. When you step over that hill and see the sand and the ocean extending for miles and miles with no end in sight, it's just beautiful. Friday we flew back to St. Louis. And what did we get as a welcoming party. 50 degree weather, dreary as hell, cold rain, an all out blah day. The wind was horrible and rain + cold wind = no fun. Tomorrow it's supposed to be around 75 degrees here in Southern Illinois, but then it will rain, the wind will kick in, and then it will drop to the 50's again. Well, stuff happens, especially when you're 1000 miles southeast.
